Shi Heping (Chinese: 史和平; born February 1955) is a Chinese politician and engineer who served as Vice Governor of Jiangsu from 2008 to 2015. He later became Vice Chairman and then Executive Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress between 2015 and 2018.[1] He is currently President of the Jiangsu Society of Integrated Transport.[2]
