Shishma (Russian: Шишма; Bashkir: Шишмә, Şişmä) is a rural locality (a village) in Ibrayevsky Selsoviet, Alsheyevsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 158 as of 2010.[1] There are 2 streets.
