Shiu Sin-por

Shiu Sin-por, GBS, is a Hong Kong government bureaucrat, academic and former politician. He was the head of the Central Policy Unit, reporting directly to Hong Kong Chief Executive.[1] He is also a senior visiting fellow at the School of Policy and Management of Tsinghua University in Beijing and was formerly a member of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese Peoples' Consultative Conference.

Shiu graduated from the University of Wisconsin and completed postgraduate work at Cornell University. From 2005 to 2006 he was an Asia Programs Fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He also did postgraduate work at Tsinghua University from 2006 to 2007.
