After the 4-year analysis held by the chairman Sulejman Gjana and discussions, the vote for the new chairman was held. From the counting of the votes of the 159 delegates, the winner was Shpëtim Axhami with 108 votes, while the candidate Beniamin Bakalli received 49 votes.
