Sinogastromyzon is a genus of hillstream loaches native to eastern Asia.
IUCN has assessed conservation status of 14 Sinogastromyzon species. Of these, ten are considered "Data Deficient", three of "Least Concern", and one (S. puliensis) "Vulnerable".[1]
