Sodrež (pronounced [ˈsoːdɾɛʃ], in older sources also Sodreš,[2] German: Sodresch[2][3][4]) is a former settlement in the Municipality of Slovenska Bistrica in northeastern Slovenia. It is now part of the village of Fošt.[5] The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Drava Statistical Region.[6]
Sodrež lies in the southwestern part of Fošt, 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) south of Malo Tinje.[5]
