Spencer Duval

He represented England in the 3000 metres steeplechase event, at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.^[2][3] Four years later he represented England in the 3000 metres steeplechase event again, at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.^[4][5][6]

Duval was a three-times British 3000 metres steeplechase champion after winning the British AAA Championships title at the 1995 AAA Championships^[7] and the 1997 AAA Championships,^[8] in addition to the UK Athletics Championships title in 1993.
