Sprague de Camp and Catherine Crook de Camp, published by Canaveral Press.[1][2][3] The book sold slowly, and the remaining stock was taken over by Owlswick Press and sold under its own name with new dust jackets in 1980.[1][4] It has been translated into Polish.[1]
