Squeeze Media is a United States–based sales experience and business process outsourcing company that provides lead development and contact center services to clients in sectors such as financial services, mortgage, insurance, healthcare, solar and home services.[1] The company works with brands to improve conversion of marketing-generated leads, positioning itself between clients’ marketing and sales functions.[2]

Squeeze Media was founded in January 2009[3] in Orem, Utah by Carson Poppenger, who had previously worked at a firm that generated a large volume of leads that were not being effectively followed up by sales teams. This led him to create Squeeze Media to focus on improving conversion from existing marketing spend.[4]

The company began as a bootstrapped operation and expanded over time by adding outbound sales, lead development and customer retention services for clients. Currently Squeeze Media employs several hundred people and operating multiple offices in Orem and Logan, Utah, as well as Rexburg, Idaho.[5]

Operations

Squeeze operates contact centers and sales development teams that support brands with business-to-consumer and business-to-business outreach.[6] They focus on helping clients increase revenue and profitability from their existing marketing programs that include lead generation, live transfers, lead nurturing and development, pipeline development, inbound and outbound customer service and retention, consultative telesales, remarketing, and marketing automation.[7]

The company’s client base includes brands in mortgage lending, personal finance, insurance, healthcare, technology and home services. Examples of named clients, as reported in company and third‑party profiles, include LoanDepot, Optima Tax Relief, and other consumer-facing financial and technology firms.[8]
