Srednyaya Akhtuba (Russian: Сре́дняя Ахту́ба) is an urban locality (a work settlement) and the administrative center of Sredneakhtubinsky District of Volgograd Oblast, Russia. Population: 14,431 (2010 census);[1] 13,856 (2002 census);[4] 11,445 (1989 Soviet census).[5]
