The State Customs Service of Turkmenistan (Turkmen: Türkmenistanyň Döwlet gümrük gullugy) — is a governmental agency of management performing the state policy in the field of regulation of activities of customs system of Turkmenistan, providing observance of the international obligations of Turkmenistan on customs questions, and also performing fight against smuggling and other crimes, administrative offenses in the sphere of its activities.[1]
It was founded by decree on 4 November 1991.[2]

The Altyn Asyr Customs Training Center in Ashgabat provides advanced training for customs service employees.[4] The center provides English language training for customs officials.[5]
