The Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1995[a] (c. 44) is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

It implemented[1] recommendations contained in the fifteenth report on statute law revision,[2] by the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission.

Paragraph 1(a), and the words "Great Britain and" in paragraph 1(c), were repealed, on 21 July 2008,[3] by section 1(1) of, and part 3 of schedule 1 to, the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 2008.
