Surendra Prasad Pandey is a nepalese politician and current vice chairman of Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist). He was recently past Chairman of Nepal-Japan Friendship Parliamentary Association (2017-2023). He was a member of the 2nd Nepalese Constituent Assembly. He won the Chitwan–1 seat in 2013 Nepalese Constituent Assembly election from the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist).[1][2]
