Syauqul Muhibbin or better known as Mas Ibin (born 25 January 1984) is a Nahdlatul Ulama figure who served as Mayor of Blitar for the 2025–2030 term. He has served since 20 February 2025 after being inaugurated by President Prabowo Subianto at State Palace, Jakarta.[1] Mas Ibin also serves as Deputy Secretary General of the Youth Movement Ansor.[2]
In the 2024 Blitar Mayoral Election, Mas Ibin ran for Mayor of Blitar for the 2025–2030 term, partnering with Elim Tyu Samba, a politician from the Great Indonesia Movement Party. This candidate pair won by securing 49,674 votes or 53.29% of the total valid votes.[3]
