Sylvana Q. Sinha

Sylvana Q. Sinha is a Bangladeshi-American lawyer, entrepreneur, and investor. She is the founder and chair of Praava Health, a healthcare company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, which she led as chief executive officer from its founding in 2014 until 2025.[1][2] Before founding Praava Health, Sinha worked in international law, international development, and foreign policy.[3]
Sinha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Wellesley College in 1999.[4] She subsequently attended Columbia Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor, and completed a Master of Public Administration in International Development at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2004.[5]
