What Happened to All of the Previous Posts on this Article's Talk Page? Where Did They Disappear To?
What happened to all of the previous posts that pertain to this article? There were 17 years of comments here. Where did they disappear to? Was is it an accident that they were all deleted without being archived to another location, pure incompetence by the accidental deletionist, or is someone trying to bury the earlier posts encompassing 17 years worth of comments? They either need to be restored by someone who knows how to do that, or archived to a Wikipedia location that is accessible, with a permanent link on this Talk Page. The comments provide a history of the evolution of this article on Wikipedia, as well as the prior issues that were debated. The current debate above is just but one debate, and as readers and editors, we don't even know if the above proposal has already gone through several attempts to have this article merged with another existing article, or what the issues were previously that were discussed during that and other debates.
