Where is the first part?
contemporary
Although I understand the meaning of contemporary, I don't know when it starts or when it stops. Or when the scope of the article finishes when it is not maintained any longer. --Herzi Pinki (talk) 09:57, 16 September 2023 (UTC)

- Antisemitism in contemporary Austria → Antisemitism in Austria
- Antisemitism in contemporary Belgium → Antisemitism in Belgium
– WP:CONCISE and WP:CONSISTENT with the countless other articles dealing with antisemitism in countries, such as Antisemitism in Argentina, Antisemitism in Australia, Antisemitism in France, Antisemitism in the United Kingdom, Antisemitism in the United States, among others. For these two articles, the term "contemporary" stands undefined and, as such, so does the scope of the article. Furthermore, without corresponding articles for antisemitism in general in these two countries or non-contemporary antisemitism in these two countries, the usage of "contemporary" in the article titles is unnecessary. — EarthDude (Talk) 16:35, 28 May 2026 (UTC) — Relisting. ⹃Maltazarian ᚾparleyinvestigateᛅ 02:17, 5 June 2026 (UTC)
- While "contemporary" may be the wrong word, these articles are comparable to Antisemitism in 21st-century France, Antisemitism in 21st-century Germany, and Antisemitism in 21st-century Italy. There is also Antisemitism in contemporary Hungary. The article doesn't deal with things like The Holocaust in Belgium and shouldn't be renamed to the generic "in Belgium". - For the article on 21st century antisemitism in France, we also have Antisemitism in France which deals with antisemitism in France throughout history, so the naming makes sense for that. It does not make sense for Germany or Italy (though Antisemitism in Europe#Germany delves into pre-21st century antisemitism in the country, that is not the case for Antisemitism in Europe#Italy). I would have added Antisemitism in contemporary Hungary as the third entry in this RM, though it seems I missed that article. Regardless, I opened this RM because there is no corresponding article which deals with antisemitism in Austria and Belgium prior to "contemporary" times, and none of the two articles properly defines what "contemporary" means. — EarthDude (Talk) 17:29, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
