Is there any reason to give a Hebrew word both with and without niqqud? I don't know Hebrew that well, but in Arabic at least, if you give the version with vowel signs, then it's redundant to give the version without.

Specifically I'm asking about Kollel, and I posted on talk there, but it's a pretty low-traffic page so I wanted to ask here too. The word is כולל \ כּוֹלֵל and plural כוללים \ כּוֹלְלִים.
