Concrete proposal for a neutral, reduced rewrite

I may have a conflict of interest regarding this topic, so I am proposing changes here rather than editing the article directly.

My earlier proposal did not receive any response, so I am posting a more concrete revision proposal here. Given that the article is currently at AfD, my aim is not to argue for retaining every part of the current version, but to suggest a more neutral and policy-based structure for the article. The proposed approach is as follows: * remove or trim material based mainly on the company’s own website, press releases, trademarks, relocations, awards, and other routine announcements that do not substantially establish notability; * reduce promotional or directory-like content and rewrite the article around basic facts that can be verified in public records and official databases; * avoid implying notability merely from certifications, listings, licenses, or procurement records; * keep the current notability concern in mind and, at this stage, focus first on neutrality and verifiability rather than on removing maintenance or deletion-related concerns. As a possible direction, I suggest reducing the article to something along the following lines:

'''AtGlobal, Ltd.''' is a Japanese company based in Minato, Tokyo, engaged in translation, interpreting, and related services. According to Japan's government corporate information portal gBizINFO, the company was incorporated on 4 February 2002 and lists Yūichi Gotō as its representative.<ref name="gbizinfo">{{Cite web |title=Kabushiki Kaisha Atto Global (AtGlobal), corporate profile |url=https://info.gbiz.go.jp/hojin/ichiran?hojinBango=3010501025764 |website=gBizINFO |publisher=Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry |access-date=2026-03-26}}</ref> == Overview == AtGlobal is listed in the Japan Patent Office's public list of patent information service providers under translation services.<ref name="jpo-list">{{Cite web |title=Patent Information Service Providers List: Translation Services |url=https://www.jpo.go.jp/toppage/links/johoteikyou/04honyaku.html |website=Japan Patent Office |access-date=2026-03-26}}</ref> On a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare page providing materials for the building cleaning sector under the Specified Skilled Worker system, the company is named as the contractor for a commissioned survey project concerning the acceptance framework for foreign workers in that sector.<ref name="mhlw-leaflet">{{Cite web |title=Leaflets and seminar information |url=https://www.mhlw.go.jp/stf/seisakunitsuite/bunya/blc_tokuteiginou04.html |website=Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare |access-date=2026-03-26}}</ref> == Publicly documented records == The company appears in public certification materials published by the Japan Standards Association as an organization certified under JIS Y 17100 / ISO 17100 for translation services.<ref name="jsa17100">{{Cite web |title=JIS Y 17100 / ISO 17100: Certified Translation Service Providers |url=https://shinsaweb.jsa.or.jp/_Files/MSCoverage/TSPsoshiki4.pdf |website=Japan Standards Association |access-date=2026-03-26}}</ref> The Information Security Management Systems Accreditation Center lists AtGlobal as a certified organization under JIS Q 27001 / ISO/IEC 27001.<ref name="isms">{{Cite web |title=ISMS certified organizations – AtGlobal, Ltd. |url=https://isms.jp/lst/ind/CR_JSAI190.html |website=Information Security Management Systems Accreditation Center |access-date=2026-03-26}}</ref> The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's employment services database lists the company as holding a license for paid employment placement services.<ref name="jinzai">{{Cite web |title=Employment placement business details |url=https://jinzai.hellowork.mhlw.go.jp/JinzaiWeb/GICB102030.do?screenId=GICB102030&action=detail&detkey_Detail=13-%E3%83%A6-315502%2C1+++++ |website=Human Resources Services Comprehensive Site |publisher=Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare |access-date=2026-03-26}}</ref> The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's expenditure search system also shows records of payments to the company for commissioned work and related services.<ref name="mhlw-spending">{{Cite web |title=MHLW expenditure search |url=https://www.mhlw.go.jp/spending/cdetail?ckigyo=%E6%A0%AA%E5%BC%8F%E4%BC%9A%E7%A4%BE%E3%82%A2%E3%83%83%E3%83%88%E3%82%B0%E3%83%AD%E3%83%BC%E3%83%90%E3%83%AB&ckingaku=6%2C530%2C975&cnendo=%E4%BB%A4%E5%92%8C6%E5%B9%B4%E5%BA%A6 |website=Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare |access-date=2026-03-26}}</ref>

I would especially welcome comments on the following points: * whether this is a reasonable way to reduce promotional tone; * which current statements should be retained, removed, or rewritten; * whether certifications, licenses, and procurement-related records should be mentioned only briefly, if at all; * whether a reduced, neutral version like this would be preferable to the current article while AfD is ongoing. If helpful, I can also prepare a line-by-line proposal showing which current passages should be removed or rewritten. Shekhar-at (talk) 01:48, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
