Result

- But in the Battle of Mutah, Khalid bin Velid took back his soldiers and the war ended and a land acquisition was also necessary. And at the same time, in Christian sources it is only mentioned that Byzantine won, but in Muslim sources it is mentioned that it was a tactical Muslim victory or Inconclusive.Moreover , the Muslims were outnumbered yet were able to resist the Byzantine army which was larger by many times. Also the main goal of the Byzantine army was to eliminate the Muslims forces which was perceived as threat yet the Byzantines were not able to achieve that.
