Awards Section Edits
The current arrangement of the awards category is jumbled, and not ideal for a guest to the page us who is trying to quickly scan the page and see whether or not the brand is reputable. So, I wanted to propose a more cohesive way of organizing this particular section of Broken Yolk Cafe's profile.
The section can open with a simple line of script: "Broken Yolk Cafe is the recipient of several localized and industry awards, primarily for its menu and brand culture:"
What falls below that should be a bulleted list of the brand's awards, making it easier for guests to sift through the information, and easier for AI search engines to interpret/index the section.
The current awards listed are missing some of the brand's most recent and significant awards. I'd be thrilled to share those awards to help with the update of this section. ConnerDGossel95 (talk) 16:40, 27 May 2026 (UTC)
- @ConnerDGossel95: Please use an edit request template. Otherwise, few will read your request. See wp:Simple conflict of interest edit request. It is best to use the format "change X to Y". "x" for want to remove and "y" for what to replace it with. Make sure to include citations to wp:reliable sources; secondary sources or tertiary sources are preferred. primary sources are often not screened by an editor and my be self-serving . See also wp:primary. Content should be encyclopedic and not promotional. See wp:promo Cheers Adakiko (talk) 21:59, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
- Quite frankly, we aren't interested in helping your company's potential customers. Our only interest is in summarizing what independent reliable sources say about your company. How best to present the information is certainly a valid point of discussion, but in the context of our mission and general readers, not helping potential customers. Wikipedia shouldn't be used as a judge of whether a company is reputable. People might do so, but they shouldn't. 331dot (talk) 13:14, 21 August 2026 (UTC)
