Hello, as part of my work for Capgemini I have declared my Conflict of Interest, and would like to propose some updates to the article; I am happy to collaborate with the community to help move this forward.

1. In the History section, please replace this paragraph:

In 2018, they acquired the Philadelphia-based digital customer engagement company LiquidHub for US$500 million to assist Capgemini's digital and cloud growth in North America. Earlier Capgemini acquisitions included Kanbay for $1.2 billion and iGate for $4 billion.^[1]

With these two paragraphs which provide a clearer chronology:

In 2006, Capgemini acquired Kanbay for $1.25 billion, which expanded its footprint and capabilities in India.^[1]

In 2015 it acquired the U.S.-based technology and services company iGate for $4 billion.^[1] In 2018, the company acquired the Philadelphia-based digital customer engagement company LiquidHub for US$500 million to assist Capgemini's digital and cloud growth in North America.^[2]

2. History section, final sentence: Replace "As of 2024, Capgemini has over 338,000 employees in approximately 50 countries, with around 194,400 in India.^[1]"

with "As of 2025, Capgemini has over 340,000 employees in approximately 50 countries.^[1]"

3. Please replace the heading "Services" with "Subdivisions and services", which more accurately describes that section.

4. In that Subdivisions and services section, it seems more logical to list the items chronologically, by date of creation or spin-off. Therefore, please begin by moving the Sogeti subsection to the top of that section and reword the body text of the subsection (underneath the "Main article: Sogeti" template) slightly to add and cite the date, as follows:

Sogeti is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Capgemini Group,^[1] spun off in 2002.^[2] It is an information technology consulting company specializing in technology and engineering professional services.

Hello again; as previously stated, I have declared my Conflict of Interest with Capgemini, and would like to propose some additional updates to the article.

I have broken them down into four points and tried to explain the reasoning as clearly as possible. If anything is unclear, please let me know so I can further clarify and answer any lingering questions.

1. In the History section, the paragraph on Altran ("In 2019, Capgemini acquired Altran ....") is slightly confusing, and missing independent citations and pertinent information. Please replace it with the following:

In 2019, Capgemini acquired Altran, a provider of engineering and R&D services and design innovation.^[1] It was the largest acquisition in the company's history, bringing Capgemini's total employee count to over 250,000.^[2] As part of the acquisition, Capgemini acquired frog design and Cambridge Consultants, which were integrated into Capgemini Invent; several other recent acquisitions in the design and digital space, including staff from Fahrenheit 212, Idean, and June21, have been merged into that group and operate under the frog brand.^[3][4] In 2021, Capgemini grouped the engineering and R&D activities of the Altran brand with Capgemini Digital Engineering Services and formed a new division, Capgemini Engineering.^[5]

2. Please add this information to the History section, after the paragraph beginning "In June 2021":

In 2023 and 2024, Capgemini scaled up its generative AI offerings,^[1] partnering with Google Cloud, Microsoft,^[2] Amazon Web Services (AWS),^[3] SAP,^[4] and Mistral AI.^[5]

3. Please add this information to the History section after that paragraph:

In 2024, Capgemini acquired Syniti, an enterprise data management company specializing in data quality, data migration, and regulatory compliance.^[1]

4. In the Subdivisions and services section, rather than leaving the "Capgemini Engineering" subsection completely blank after the 'main article' template, please add the following text as a general descriptor:

In 2021, Capgemini grouped the engineering and R&D activities of its Altran brand with Capgemini Digital Engineering Services and formed a new division, Capgemini Engineering.^[1]

As in previous posts, I have declared my COI.

Likeanechointheforest and PK650, I have some additional requests to help this Wikipedia article by clarifying a few items.

My suggestions are as follows, and I would appreciate any assistance and feedback.

1. In the second paragraph of the History section, the sentence beginning "In 1975" is garbled and needs copy editing. Using the same citation, please replace that sentence with:

In 1975, having acquired CAP (Centre d'Analyse et de Programmation) and Gemini Computer Systems, and having resolved a dispute with the similarly named CAP UK over the international use of the name 'CAP', Sogeti renamed itself as CAP Gemini Sogeti.^[1]

2. In the fifth paragraph of the History section, the first two sentences (beginning "Ernst & Young Consulting was acquired by") are likewise awkward, and need combining and copy editing. Please replace those two sentences with:

Cap Gemini acquired Ernst & Young Consulting in 2000 and integrated it with Gemini Consulting to form Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.^[1]

3. In the Subdivisions and services section, the subsection on Capgemini Invent is confusing and largely uncited. Using the same citations, plus adding three missing citations, please replace the text of that section with:

Capgemini Invent was launched in September 2018 as the design and consulting brand of the Capgemini Group.^[1][2] It is the rebranding and enlargement of Capgemini Consulting, which had nearly doubled in size globally since 2014.^[3] Located in more than 37 offices globally, Capgemini Invent includes more than 10,000 employees.^[4] These include staff from frog design, Fahrenheit 212, Idean, and June21.^[5]

4. The Management section is confusing, overly wordy, and outdated. Please replace the text with the following:

The Capgemini Group Executive Committee consists of 34 members.^[1]

Aiman Ezzat has been the group's CEO since 2020, having been at the company for more than 20 years, including as COO from 2018 to 2020 and CFO from 2012 to 2018.^[2]

Paul Hermelin is chairman of the company's board of directors.^[2] He was chairman and CEO from 2012 to 2020,^[3] having been appointed CEO in 2002^[3] and having been at the company since 1993.^[4]

Hermelin succeeded Serge Kampf, the founder and prior head of the company, who stepped down in 2012,^[5] thereafter serving as vice chairman of the board until his death in 2016.^[6]

Hi, there are currently three Capgemini subdivisions missing from the Subdivisions section. Could those three missing divisions please be added, with a subsection for each? Here are the three items:

1. Please add a subtitle and subsection on Capgemini Research Institute, placed chronologically after Sogeti, with this as the text:

Capgemini Research Institute is the company's in-house think tank,^[1] launched in 2012.^[2] It produces reports on current trends and concerns in business and technology, based on research, data, and surveys.^[3]

2. Please add a subtitle and subsection on Applied Innovation Exchange, placed chronologically after Capgemini Research Institute, with this as the text:

Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) is Capgemini's network of innovation labs,^[1] and was launched in 2016.^[2] The labs enable clients to exchange with designers, industry experts, business and technology partners, research organizations, and startups,^[3] and Capgemini has AIEs worldwide.^[2]

3. Please add a subtitle and subsection on Capgemini Invent, placed chronologically after Applied Innovation Exchange, with this as the text:

Capgemini Invent was launched in 2018 as the design and consulting subdivision of the Capgemini Group.^[1][2] It is the rebranding and enlargement of Capgemini Consulting.^[2] As of 2023, the subdivision had approximately 10,000 employees in 60 locations worldwide.^[1] These include staff from frog design, Fahrenheit 212, Idean, and June21.^[1]

Hi, as previously stated, I have declared my Conflict of Interest with Capgemini, and would like to propose a few edits to the article.

1. History section, last sentence ("In July 2025, ..."}: Please add the descriptor "technology outsourcing firm" before "WNS Global Services", using this as the citation: https://www.reuters.com/en/frances-capgemini-buy-business-transformation-firm-wns-33-billion-2025-07-07/ to replace the "Bru Times" citation (which sounds like a press release). Please also add a wiklink to WNS Global Services.

So the sentence should read:

In July 2025, Capgemini acquired technology outsourcing firm WNS Global Services in a $3.3 billion cash deal.^[1][2]

2. Please also add to that same paragraph, using the same citation:

The acquisition allows Capgemini to expand its generative AI offerings,^[1] which it had announced in 2023.^[2]

3. History section: Please add the following as a separate paragraph in the appropriate chronological location:

In January 2022, the company set up an international quantum computing lab, called Capgemini Quantum Lab or Capgemini Q-Lab, in collaboration with IBM.^[1] It can be used by Capgemini's clients to build in-house quantum computing applications and licensable technologies.^[1]
