Initial comment
62.252.0.9 changed the name of the mayor from Tan Zhongchi to Nirav Desai. Since the same IP subsequently made a nonsense change to a number, and didn't attribute or summarize the name change, I reverted. Someone with the ability to check should verify the mayor's name. 'Livable' is vague and should not be in the intro paragraph
The intro paragraph cites Changsha as the most 'livable' city in China, but this is a vague term that has different definitions based on the criteria different publications use. It should be removed. CsAxer8 (talk) 03:34, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
