dutch golden age in brazilian view

in brazil the french dutch and jesuites have a better image than portuguese because the french and jesuites was friends of natives and dutch have a image of better colonization than portuguese in northeast brazil the dutch age is a golden age under mauritz von nassau and recife was the most modern city in brazil (louis agassiz in the xix century have this opinion).  Preceding unsigned comment added by 2804:14C:DA96:A1BD:1448:5747:4FA4:801E (talk) 23:59, 10 February 2025 (UTC)

Bias

Im not saying the editor is bias they just reporting but the Netherlands making the golden age controversy over slavery is ridiculous, nobody thinks the Islamic Golden age is controversial yet they had black slaves centuries before Europe and the first European slave traders were Spain and Portugal only two under Islamic rule ~2026-17604-04 (talk) 10:02, 21 March 2026 (UTC)
