The content of Development director substantially WP:OVERLAPs with Fundraising, as the role is a subset of fundraising activities. Per WP:MERGE, combining avoids redundancy and ensures context, since the current Development director article is too narrow to stand on its own. Longhornsg (talk) 01:17, 17 September 2025 (UTC)

Did you mean to link Fundraiser? Which redirects to Fundraising? A development director and a fundraiser are essentially the same in the nonprofit world, but a development director and fundraising are not as one is a noun and the other is a verb. A development director is usually responsible for fundraising though, yes. Reddington2995 (talk) 03:42, 17 December 2025 (UTC)

So many inaccuracies

I attempted to make some updates, but I found myself striking out most of the text and completely replacing it. With that being said, I think it would be easier to just create a new page. Thoughts? Reddington2995 (talk) 00:35, 20 December 2025 (UTC)
