Overall:
@Chipmunkdavis: Articles created and nominated for DYK on the same day. QPQ is met. Everything is sourced and those sources look fine. Both hooks are suitable. I made some minor edits to the article. Interesting article as I am always fond of learning about the Mongols. Jon698 (talk) 09:51, 22 June 2026 (UTC)

Ganghwasanseong Fortress → Ganghwasanseong – WP:NCKO#Fortresses and castles grapesurgeon (talk) 13:25, 22 June 2026 (UTC)
- NCKO#Fortresses states to go with the common name if possible, and the common name here seems to be Ganghwasanseong Fortress. It is the term used by the Korea Heritage Service, Korea Tourism Organization, the National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage, and the Incheon government, and the Ganghwa County government. They don't all use this 100% consistently, other formulations include "Ganghwa Fortress" () and "Ganghwa Castle" (), but these seem less common. Searching just "Ganghwasanseong" on google I find no hits for the word without fortress for several pages, and searching duckduckgo is similar although it does hit one blogspot link on my first page. - Note that all govt-backed sources will use "xseong Fortress" name fmt
- Given the research I'm ok with current title. Tbh I am motivated by desire for consistency with how we name other fortresses, but will defer to COMMONNAME grapesurgeon (talk) 02:07, 27 June 2026 (UTC)
