I would like have the following information added (to the "Pakistan" subheading under "Culture") stating that the "Chiefs of the Gujar, Runjha, Gunga and Burfat tribes, which are still to be found in Las Bela, are said to have exercised a semi-independent sway previous to the rise of the Aliani family of the Jamote tribe". The references (which will be linked below) include "A Collection of Treaties, Engagements and Sanads, Relating to India and Neighbouring Countries. (1909). India: Superintendent Government Printing, India" (page 202) and "1998 District Census Report of Lasbela. (1999). Pakistan: Population Census Organization, Statistics Division, Government of Pakistan." (page 9):
To the "Afghanistan" subheading under "Culture" I would also like for it to be added that during the Soviet-Afghan war "Gujar-led tribal militias were experienced in high-altitude mountain fighting".
