Talk:Imagery

This article is a total mess right now. It should probably be reverted back a few versions, but I don't want to step on someone else's work in progress. 130.65.50.128 (talk) 23:41, 12 April 2012 (UTC)

All of this information is too short. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.156.13.10 (talk) 12:43, 6 May 2014 (UTC)

It needs to be clearer. For example, by saying the word "cramp", does it count as imagery? Does calling the cramp "painful" make it imagery?  Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.252.200.252 (talk) 09:47, 3 April 2016 (UTC)

More common diction!

"Vinan", "aunan", "olnan" etc. etc.: In spite of 50+ years of ambitious reading and a degree in literature, I've never seen these words before! Also, I don't see them in the works cited. I suggest "Visual imagery", "auditive imagery", "olfactory imagery" etc. Wegesrand (talk) 12:59, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
