Karavan shooting → 2012 Karavan mall shooting – The current title is very ambiguous, and simply adding "mall" between "Karavan" and "shooting" would help. I've added the year per WP:NCWWW, which states that article titles for events should say "when the incident happened, where the incident happened, and what happened" and because this event fails WP:NOYEAR.
