Merge Kohler and Koehler here

Kohler is a frequent Anglicization, and the two surnames are easily confused. Both are here given the same origin, and neither is an unmanageably large list. I propose the two be merged, together with the transliteration Koehler. Doug butler (talk) 00:14, 16 July 2025 (UTC)
