Mangbai language → Mambay language – https://scholarlypublications.universiteitleiden.nl/handle/1887/13045, https://www.sil.org/resources/publications/entry/9076, https://www.sil.org/resources/archives/2146, and https://doi.org/10.1515/JALL.2007.001 all use "Mambay" as the spelling. These are literally all of the English-language sources on Glottolog (not to mention Glottolog itself), which also happens to call the language "Mambay".
