Seems like there should be some major figures included in the body of the article. Rogan, Tate, Gaines, etc. Maybe even a section of its own with a list? natemup (talk) 18:31, 4 April 2025 (UTC)

The issue is that the article describes the manosphere as though there are a number of notable figures (even celebrities) involved, but doesn't name any. I have to think that the sources speak of some specifically, so I'm just curious why the article names no one. natemup (talk) 23:11, 4 April 2025 (UTC)

The article mentions several prominent figures by name. Beyond that, individuals are scarcely mentioned probably because reliable sources tend to discuss the manosphere as a collection of groups and online forums in which many members post anonymously. —Sangdeboeuf (talk) 23:32, 4 April 2025 (UTC)

Sure, but many of the sources also speak of it in terms of the celebrities whose ideas and activities often dominate such forums. I've added a few names and sources, and renamed that "websites" section, in part because I've added social media influencers and because Reddit (the site with the most content in the section) isn't a manosphere website, strictly speaking. natemup (talk) 23:39, 4 April 2025 (UTC)

These days, everything is "misogynistic," and when every criticism is answered with a slogan, that slogan ends up losing its meaning.

Misogyny is a very rare condition; it is real contempt for women. Most of us didn't even know the word before all this woke nonsense. Wikipedia needs to be impartial on issues, that confront people, based on points of view (ideology), rather than facts.

In the article on feminism, it mentions misandry under "criticisms of feminism," but not as a fact (when we see that in mass media everyday). Instead, here, it asserts right from the start that the manosphere is misogynistic.

I used to contribute annually to Wikipedia, but I stopped after noticing the strong wokeism on social issues. Try reading this article, or the one on Feminism, without laughing. For these reasons, "woke", "feminist" and other post-truth ideology have become derogatory terms today. You can write all the articles you want, but people know exactly what they're hearing when a clearly resentful woman openly expresses her misandry in main media without social or legal consequences.

If Wikipedia doesn't start being more impartial on social issues, it will be surpassed by Urban Dictionary on these matters. The article remains impartial as it refers to both misogyny and misandry as stated here “While the specifics of each group's beliefs sometimes conflict, they are generally united in the belief that society is biased against men due to the influence of feminism, and that feminists promote misandry (hatred of men).” There is also clear research linking the Manosphere to the increase on online misogyny and research on the myth of a link between feminism and misandry. On the 12th November 2025, the documentary ‘Men of the Manosphere’ was released on the BBC. It follows James Blake as he enters the virtual world of the Manosphere and focuses on three young men who all share their perspectives on why they have turned to other male influencers for guidance and how the Manosphere affects them on and offline.
