I have moved the original discussion to Talk:Misfits Boxing/ Archive 1 as the information was redundant and it kept becoming a back and forth with no real answer. So, let's settle the debate here with a clear and concusses agreement. (WP:CONSENSUS)

I propose that Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Deji should not be included in the Misfits Boxing#List of events table. My reasoning is that Misfits Boxing was not a primary promoter for this event. Global Titans and Mayweather Promotions were, and having this event be included confuses the general audiences. (WP:DEFINING, WP:UNDUE, and WP:LISTVERIFY). The source that was included in the archived discussion was from a Dexerto article that has the headline "Deji vs Floyd Mayweather will be hosted by KSI’s Misfits Boxing brand." Now, within the article it self, it never states that Misfits is a primary promoter, only that it will be "down as a part of KSI’s Misfits Boxing brand", which is simply the "X Series" brand. Their source is a deleted tweet from Mams Taylor which had the poster that included the "X Series" branding, no mention of Misfits as a promoter. The other source was a DAZN YouTube playlist , which again only includes the "X Series" branding, no mention of Misfits as a promoter. (WP:SYNTH and WP:PRIMARY)

So, this is why I believe it shouldn't be included in their events lists because no source has Misfits as a promoter. There are no posters that have the company logo, and Misfits' involvement only was livestreaming the press conference. If Misfits themselves saw as one of their products, then they would have included it in their archived events website. (WP:PRIMARY) Having the Mayweather vs. Deji event not be mentioned once so ever is not the way to go about it, which is why having a paragraph mentioning their involvement in the Misfits Boxing#History is important.

Support. There is no source provided that explicitly states that Misfits is a co-promoter of the event, just that they were involved in the branding. Therefore, it should not be included in that table acting like they co-promoted the event. KSIvsJakePaul (talk) 11:11, 10 February 2026 (UTC)

Oppose: While the already disproven comment of @KSIvsJakePaul, there are enough sources to back up why it should be in the event tab. Furthermore, "There are no posters that have the company logo" is false, since there's one on DAZN's YouTube page (as the sources already pointed out). Please provide the source that explicitly states word for word that Misfits Boxing, the company, is co-producing this event. Global Titans is the company that produced this event, alongside Mayweather Promotions. Misfits' "X Series" was used for the branding - which is exactly what's written in the Dexerto source you provided. Misfits is not event mentioned once in any of their social media posts, not along any of the sponsors. So how does having this event in their list of events that they have produced make sense? MF Pro was involved in the promotion of Eubank vs Erdogan event with their branding, but it makes no sense to include that event in the table since its a Wasserman Boxing event. Just like Global Titans.

Here is another source that doesn't have Misfits listed as a promoter; just Global Titans and Mayweather Promotions. And another source that is closely connected with the crossover space that doesn't recognize this event as a Misfits produced product:

Furthermore @KSIvsJakePaul, I find your inclusion in this debate strange, and I wonder with your connection is to @GhaziTwaissi. The same goes for @~2026-43538-3, who happens to undo edits regarding this matter conveniently whenever @GhaziTwaissi makes edits on the page. Let's keep it civil, no need for another back and forth argument. KSIvsJakePaul you've made your points and Afrique0512 you've made yours. I will be opening a new section for WP:RFC as we can't seem to agree a decision and it's just the same three users.

Also regarding that topic on that sandbox, that user reached out to me via Twitter a while back to help write a draft for a page on Deji since I had made it public that I write pages for the community - which as since gone nowhere unfortunately.
