User:MrOllie, can you please explain what about this page makes you say it "contains content that is written like an advertisement"? I have already explained I have no connection to the company. If there is anything that I have written that seems like advertisement, please point it out and I will remove it without objection. Topedits (talk) 15:05, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
- It's full of buzzwords, promotional details, and tellingly zero criticisms. - MrOllie (talk) 15:10, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
- User:MrOllie, I have removed most of the page. What buzzwords? Name them and I will remove them or rephrase them. What significant criticism would you like me to add? Topedits (talk) 15:16, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

I have a conflict of interest as I am affiliated with RepTrak, so I am proposing updates here for independent editors to review.
The current article appears to reflect an earlier description of the company primarily as a survey-based research firm. Based on more recent third-party sources, it may be helpful to update the article to better reflect its current positioning as a provider of reputation data and analytics.
I’ve outlined a few suggested updates below with sources for consideration:
1. Update lead section
Suggested revision:
RepTrak is a reputation data and analytics company that provides benchmarking and insights on corporate reputation. The company collects and analyzes stakeholder perception data across global markets.

2. Add section describing products and capabilities
Suggested addition:
RepTrak provides reputation measurement and benchmarking through data analytics and software tools that enable organizations to monitor stakeholder perceptions and track reputation over time.

3. Add context on evolution of the company’s offerings
Suggested addition:
While originally known for survey-based reputation studies, the company has expanded its offerings to include ongoing measurement and analytics capabilities.

These suggestions are intended to improve accuracy and reflect how the company is described in third-party sources. I have avoided promotional language and focused on neutral, verifiable updates.
