On showing the preview of an edit, the warning above is displayed. I actually first noticed it on the S-300VM article, with change https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=S-300VM_missile_system&oldid=1222338192 that pulled in country of origin from Wikidata, via this article. I haven't had a chance to bisect the change history to find what change introduced the warning. I don't even know if the problem is in this article or in Wikidata or the ISO 3166 Module.
