1. Why was my request to change the article's title removed?
The consensus is that this person is generally referred to as "Sean Combs", not "Sean 'Diddy' Combs" or "Diddy". There is a moratorium on discussions about the title of the article until January 1, 2027.
2. Why can't this page be renamed to Diddy, P. Diddy, or Sean "Diddy" Combs?
Because Wikipedia editors have reached a consensus not to. Following a series of disruptive requested moves (RMs) by confirmed sockpuppet accounts between October 21 to December 13, 2025, a moratorium was enacted on January 1, 2026, banning all RMs for this page until January 1, 2027.
