Multi merger proposal
I propose to merge the following pages: Soviet Civil Administration, Provisional People's Committee of North Korea and People's Committee of North Korea into one single larger article — the Soviet occupation zone of Korea. Because they are three small pages, merging them into one will save some space like the Soviet occupation zone in Germany and the United States Army Military Government in Korea. 142.112.236.176 (talk) 15:31, 12 August 2021 (UTC)
- Support merging Provisional People's Committee of North Korea and People's Committee of North Korea; oppose merging Soviet Civil Administration, which was an entirely different beast. This organization with two articles is used by Korean (1／2) and Russian (1／2) Wikipedias and mirrors how English Wikipedia treats South Korea in the same period (i.e. Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea and United States Army Military Government in Korea). — AjaxSmack 19:13, 13 August 2021 (UTC)

Soviet Civil Administration → Soviet occupation zone of Korea – All three pages are small so renaming this page after merging all the three can be larger to avoid stubs. The name I am proposing to move also exists in the Russian Wikipedia. 142.112.236.176 (talk) 15:41, 12 August 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose in the spirit of WP:CRYSTALBALL. This request is malformed. Discuss and conduct the proposed merges first, and then request a move. Even if there is a merge, the proposed title including "zone" seems like a slightly different topic (cf. RfC: Infobox country
I have restored the infobox to its original shape because that template is used like all other countries under military occupation. I may recommend if we can have a discussion.
