Merge with Cholent?
The word "Solet" is a Hungarian pronunciation of Yiddish "Cholent" (c.f. Wiktionary).
There does not seem to be much systematic difference in the basic ingredients. Is there any good rationale for having 2 articles? 128.237.187.116 (talk) 18:45, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
In research I have been doing on Jewish foods in general, and Shabbat stews in particular, this is the only reference I have found so far that calls this a dish that is distinct from chulent/cholent. It is true that the Hungarians have typically made use of smoked meats, but many local versions added in one or two specific ingredients to their Shabbat stews. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.8.204.36 (talk) 10:04, 15 September 2019 (UTC)
