Proposed deletion contested
This person is notable as being the largest casino loser in gambling history. This is not BLP1E and his gambled over the course of several years. This gambling was such a problem that Caesars Entertainment Corporation gave him the special distinction of "Chairman". Gambling over the course of several years is not one event.
