Merge The Tower Magazine into The Israel Project. The magazine fails WP:NMAG (and WP:GNG), and the sourcing in the article is all related to The Israel Project, its parent org. Neither the magazine or the organization exist today, so there's unlikely to be additional coverage that would establish notaability.
