South Korea
There are live concerts all over the world why is South Korea and Girls' Generation called out specifically in the opening of this article? 68.52.233.112 (talk) 04:38, 12 July 2022 (UTC)
Duran Duran show
is there any actual tangible proof that the duran duran show mentioned at the start of the "in video games" section ever happened? footnote 12 leads to an article discussing the performance in future tense, implying it hadnt happened yet, and footnote 13 discusses an entirely different second life concert performed by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. i havent been able to find any real proof of the duran duran show ever actually happening aside from various media outlets reporting that it WILL happen in the FUTURE. additionally, the wording of source 13 implies the duran duran show did not happen, as it claims the RLPO show was the first. from a very very quick google search, there is at least some questionably reputable evidence (https://mcmvanbree.com/blog/liverpool-phil-live-in-second-life) that the RLPO show did happen. 2001:8003:4B46:2A00:C04A:5611:FCCA:D89F (talk) 06:55, 15 August 2025 (UTC)

Edits made
Hi! I edited this page to expand its scope to concerts globally. I included more in the history section, shifting the focus from South Korea to a global one without removing the important information/developments from K-pop. I also updated the article to include more recent virtual concerts. I expanded the production costs section, changed the criticisms section to cover both positive and negative reactions, and added a legal section. I hope this provides a fuller overview of virtual concerts! RoxyandRuby (talk) 06:15, 25 November 2025 (UTC)
