Tanta Sports Club (Arabic: نادى طنطا الرياضى)[1] is an Egyptian football and sports club based in Tanta, Egypt. The club currently plays in the Egyptian 2nd Division after getting relegated from the Egyptian Premier League. The club was established on 5 June 1928[citation needed] and is one of the oldest football clubs in Africa.
