Tarmstedt (German pronunciation: [ˈtaʁmʃtɛt]; Low German: Tarms) is a municipality in the district of Rotenburg in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approximately 25 km northwest of Rotenburg, and 25 km northeast of Bremen.
