Terrier-Rouge (French pronunciation: [tɛʁje ʁuʒ]; Haitian Creole: Tèrye Wouj) is a commune in the Trou-du-Nord Arrondissement, in the Nord-Est department of Haiti. It has 21,328 inhabitants.
