Arthur Thamsanqa Ntuli (born 11 November 1973) is a South African politician who serves as the premier of KwaZulu-Natal since 2024. He is the Provincial Chairperson of the Inkatha Freedom Party. He was the mayor of the Nkandla Local Municipality from 2021 to 2024, and the mayor of the King Cetshwayo District Municipality from 2012 to 2021.[1]
