The Fresh Vegetable Mystery is a 1939 American animated short film directed by Dave Fleischer and produced by Fleischer Studios, as part of the Color Classics film series.[1][2] It was released on September 29, 1939.[3]
In 2024, the film was selected as part of an animated short film collection to be restored by Seth MacFarlane and Martin Scorsese. The collection was titled Back From the Ink: Restored Animated Shorts and premiered at the TCM Classics Film Festival on April 20, 2024.[4]
