In May 2025, it was announced that principal photography had begun in Georgia on a prison thriller film written, produced, and directed by Tim Blake Nelson. Amanda Seyfried, Scoot McNairy, Missi Pyle, William Jackson Harper, Elizabeth Marvel, Grant Harvey, Devyn Tyler joined the cast with QWGmire co-financing, and Benoit Soler served as the cinematographer.[1][2] Wunmi Mosaku rounded out the cast by next month.[3] Filming wrapped in August 2025.[4]
Distribution
The film is slated to premiere at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival.[5]
