The Sink: A Sleep Aid is a 2020 comedy-horror podcast from BBC Sounds. It was written by Natasha Hodgson and featured vocal performances from Alice Lowe, Celeste Dring, David Elms, Jason Forbes, and Natasha Hodgson. David Cumming composed and performed the soundtrack.[1]

Critical reception
"The Sink: A Sleep Aid" was generally critically acclaimed. The Stylist described it as a "wonderfully weird genre-bending delight,"[8] and The Week noted the quality of the sound design.[9] The Guardian reviewed the show multiple times,[10] describing it as "deliciously bizarre"[11] and "brilliantly unsettling",[12] praising the "dreamlike quality" of the prose and the voice acting acumen of the narrator (Alice Lowe).[13] The podcast has also been reviewed by SFX magazine,[14] the Simplecast official blog,[15] and The Cambridge Geek.[16]
