The Spanish House is a historic house at 46 Fernwood Road in West Hartford, Connecticut. Built in 1928, it is the only Spanish Colonial Revival house in the town, and a well-preserved and documented exemplar of the style. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 14, 1979.[1]
