Theo Thomas Young[1] (born April 25, 1965) is an American former professional football tight end and current head football coach in the Houston Independent School District.

Young played college football for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks, where he earned a degree in sociology, and was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 12th round of the 1987 NFL draft with the 317th overall pick.[2][3]

Young played one season in the National Football League for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He caught 2 passes for 10 yards in 12 games in 1987.[4]
